Baking Class | Chocolate Experience This Valentine’s week, immerse yourself in the art of chocolate like never before. Join our exclusive hands-on class and create exquisite chocolate treats, perfect for sharing with someone special or indulging all on your own 😉 Chef Yvonne will be joined by a guest pastry chef trained in pastry and shaped by high-volume kitchens, this guest chef brings precision, versatility, and thoughtful execution to every dish. With experience spanning banquets, private dining, and full-service kitchens, their food is refined, comforting, and always evolving. We will be making: Truffles Raspberry ganache Bon Bons Chocolate Covered Strawberries Come & learn how to bake with us! - ALL INGREDIENTS & MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED. - $98 per person -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 12 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
