Service Description

COOK & CORK | French Pastries Welcome to an exquisite baking adventure guided by the talented pastry chef, Hannah. Prepare to unlock the secrets of French patisserie as you embark on a journey through the delicate art of crafting Paris Brest and French Choux Pastry with Hazelnut Mousse Line Cream. Under Chef Hannah's expert guidance, you'll learn the intricate techniques behind creating the iconic Paris Brest, a beloved French pastry named after the Paris-to-Brest bicycle race. Discover the magic of choux pastry as you pipe perfectly round rings, then watch as they puff up in the oven to form golden shells waiting to be filled with luscious hazelnut mousse. Join us this upcoming Saturday, April 11th at 10 am. Don't forget to bring your own bottle of Red Wine so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $75 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
