Cook&Cork | BRUNCH & MIMOSAS Who says it needs to be Sunday to have a Brunch? Not TCI! Join us this Saturday, October 22nd at 10:00 am for a delicious Brunch & Mimosas Cooking Class! & it wouldn´t be a Brunch without Mimosas, right? So don´t forget your Bottle (BYOB) because we will provide you with Orange Juice! What would you be learning to cook? Our Brunch & Mimosas Menu for Oct 22nd: | Greek Yogurt Parfait | | Scallops Benedicts with Brown Butter Hollandaise Sauce | | Green Beans with Mushrooms Casserole | Don´t forget to bring your champagne, because pairing food with wine is the best! - Cook&Corks brunches are held Saturdays or Sundays, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $90 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
