Cook and Cork | Mole Night Join us at "Cook and Cork | Mole Night" and discover the magic of mole – a dish steeped in history, tradition, and culinary artistry. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a novice in the kitchen, our class promises to inspire, educate, and delight your palate with the rich flavors and cultural significance of this beloved Mexican delicacy. Get ready to immerse yourself in a culinary experience like no other, where every bite tells a story and every dish is a celebration of Mexico's vibrant culinary heritage. ¡Buen provecho! Menu: Arroz Mole Marquesitas & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with previous notice. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 12 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
