Cook & Cork | Argentinian Cuisine Embark on a flavorful journey with Cook & Cork | Argentinian Cuisine! This hands-on class will introduce you to the bold and vibrant flavors of Argentina, where you’ll learn how to create iconic dishes that capture the essence of the country's culinary traditions. From grilling Provoleta cheese to making homemade empanadas and Alfajores, you’ll experience the true taste of Argentina. A perfect night for food lovers and those looking to explore new techniques and delicious flavors. Join us for a memorable evening of cooking, wine, and fun! Menu: Grilled Provoleta Cheese Argentinian Empanadas Chimichurri Alfajores & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with previous notice. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
