Cook & Cork | Beef Wellington Join us for an elegant evening dedicated to mastering the art of the classic Beef Wellington! This hands-on class invites you to create a stunning, gourmet meal while enjoying perfectly paired wine and great company. 🍷✨ Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your skills and indulge in a truly special experience. 🥂🍴 Come for the food, stay for the memories! Menu: Roasted Cauliflower Beef Wellington Crepes - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
