COOK&CORK | Ceviche & Michelada We are ready for Summer! In this hands on class, we will teach you the science and art of making a Ceviche Tower. Fresh and full of bright citrus flavors and ingredients. After learning the basic ceviche formula you can continue the creative process by playing with different flavors. In this class we will also teach you how to make a beer battered shrimp taco and a fresh delicious Mango Cheesecake. You bring the beer of your choice and we'll have all the ingredients for the perfect Michelada This Saturday, June 17th at 6:00 pm TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE is having a COOK&CORK class all about taking your taste buds to explore the wonders of the Baja California Mexican Cuisine Menu | Ceviche Tower | | Beer Battered Shrimp Taco | | Mango Cheesecake | & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays/Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - STUDENTS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. - $95 per person - Tips for our staff are not required but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for these classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
