Cook & Cork | Chiles en Nogada Embark on a flavorful journey through the heart of Mexican cuisine with Cook & Cork | Chiles en Nogada. This cooking class is a celebration of one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes, known for its vibrant colors and rich history. You'll learn to prepare a traditional meal that blends sweet and savory in a way that is truly unique. Whether you're an experienced cook or just starting your culinary adventure, this class provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Mexican cooking. Menu: Mexican Rice Chiles en Nogada Pecan Pie - $95 per person - Tips for our staff are not required but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for these classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
