Cook&Cork| Essence of Italia 🇮🇹 Experience the Essence of Italia in our immersive Italian cooking class! 🍷 We’ll kick things off with a fresh and colorful caprese salad 🍅🧀, then dive into the heart of the meal with paccheri pasta topped with slow-cooked short rib 🍝🥩, and finish with the sweet crunch of homemade Sicilian cannolis 🍊🍫. A perfect night to cook, savor, and celebrate the soul of Italian cuisine! 💚🤍❤️ Menu: Paccheri Pasta with Slow Cooked Short Rib Caprese Salad Sicilian Cannolis - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. -Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
