Begin your culinary adventure with Pasta al Pesto, a beloved classic that embodies the essence of Italian simplicity and flavor. Learn the art of crafting homemade pasta, perfectly al dente, and toss it with vibrant basil pesto, creamy Parmesan cheese, and toasted pine nuts for a dish that sings with the freshness of the Mediterranean. Joins us this upcoming Wed, April 17th at 6:00pm with our Italian Chef Rossano. We will be making: Pasta al Pesto Branzino Al Forno Crostata allálbicocca Throughout the class, our chef will share their expertise, guiding you through each step with precision and passion. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a novice in the kitchen, our Italian cooking class promises to inspire, educate, and delight your taste buds with the authentic flavors of Italy. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience that will transport you to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean with every bite. Buon appetito! & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
