Cook & Cork | Eatalian Favorites Embark on a culinary adventure at Cook & Cork's "Eatalian Favorites" cooking class. Our expert chef Rossano will guide you through the preparation of beloved Italian dishes that highlight the rich and diverse flavors of Italy. Whether you're a novice cook or a seasoned food enthusiast, this class offers something for everyone. Join us for an evening of cooking, learning, and indulging in your favorite Italian flavors at Cook & Cork. Come hungry, thirsty, and ready to embark on a culinary journey through Italy along Chef Rossano. Menu: Stuffed Vegetables Fettuccine Alla Carbonara Panna cotta With Berry Sauce & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with previous notice. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
