Cook & Cork | Eatalian Mafia Join us for a night of delectable Italian cuisine with a bold twist! Discover the secrets of authentic Italian cooking in our Eatalian Mafia class. Immerse yourself in the flavors of Italy, where each dish tells a story and every bite is a tribute to timeless Italian tradition. Buon appetito! Menu: Focaccia e Aioli Linguine Alla Norma Sicilian Cannoli & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
