In this hands-on class, you’ll dive into the world of traditional Italian flavors and techniques, creating your own pizza masterpiece from scratch. It’s an evening filled with fun, flavor, and fine wine—perfect for food lovers and anyone eager to enhance their cooking skills. Join us for a memorable experience that brings a taste of Italy right to your kitchen! Menu: Caprese Bruschetta Handmade Pizza Tiramisu & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
