Cook&Cork | EATalian Scaloppine Di Vitello Welcome to a culinary journey through the heart of Italy, guided by the skilled hands and passionate expertise of our esteemed Italian chef. Prepare to be immersed in the rich flavors and timeless traditions of Italian cuisine as you embark on a delectable class led by a master of the culinary arts. Our menu begins with Tortelloni Burro e Salvia, a dish that epitomizes the simplicity and elegance of Italian pasta. Learn the art of handcrafting delicate tortelloni filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, then watch as they are gently bathed in a luscious sauce of golden butter and fragrant sage, creating a dish that is as comforting as it is refined. Join us this upcoming, Wednesday, April 10th at 6:00pm we will be cooking : Tortelloni Burro e Salvia Scaloppine di Vitello al Vino Bianco Affogato Throughout the class, our Italian chef will share their expertise, tips, and tricks, ensuring that you not only learn the techniques behind each dish but also gain a deeper appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of Italy. Join us for an unforgettable experience that celebrates the beauty, flavor, and soul of Italian cooking. Buon appetito! & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
