Cook & Cork | French Night Bienvenue to "Cook & Cork: French Night," an enchanting cooking class that transports you to the heart of France's culinary heritage. Immerse yourself in the flavors and techniques of French cuisine as we guide you through the creation of a sumptuous three-course meal. In our class, you'll not only learn to recreate these exquisite dishes but also gain insights into French cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and wine pairing suggestions. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned cook, join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary exploration, where each dish is a celebration of French gastronomy. Santé! Menu: Menu: Mashed Potatoes and Haricot Verts Beef Bourguinon Crepes Suzette & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
