Cook & Cork | Spanish Night Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain! 🇪🇸✨ Join us for a Spanish Night cooking class featuring Pulpo a la Gallega 🐙, savory Bacalao a la Vizcaína 🐟, and a decadent Honey-Glazed Fig Brie with Pear Compote 🍯🍐. A culinary fiesta awaits! Menu: Pulpo a la Gallega Bacalao a la Vizcaina Honey Glazed Fig Brie with Pier Compote & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
