Service Description

Cook & Cork | Harvest Flavors Celebrate the bounty of the fall season with this cozy and inviting cooking class. In this session, we’ll explore the rich, hearty flavors of autumn with a menu that showcases the essence of the harvest. You’ll learn to prepare dishes that are perfect for the season, blending warmth and comfort with seasonal ingredients and techniques. Join us for an evening filled with the flavors of fall and discover how to bring the essence of the harvest to your table! Menu: Honey roasted Brussels sprouts with cranberries and lime Braised chicken thighs with mashed potatoes Baked apples stuffed with frangipane We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
