Cook & Cork | Wine Fusion Indulge your taste buds in a culinary journey like no other with our Cook and Cork class: Wine Fusion! This unique experience blends the art of cooking with the sophistication of wine pairing, creating a symphony of flavors that will elevate your culinary skills to new heights. Menu: Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad with wine vinaigrette Steak prepared with red wine reduction Frangipane Tart with wine glazed pears. In Wine Fusion, you'll discover the secrets of harmonizing the richness of various wines with a diverse range of cuisines. Our expert chefs will guide you through the intricacies of creating delectable dishes that complement and enhance the subtle notes of different wines. From bold reds to crisp whites, you'll learn to navigate the world of wine with confidence, understanding the perfect marriage of flavors that will leave your palate craving more. - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
