Cook&Cork | Mediterranean Cuisine Embark on a gastronomic journey to the sun-soaked Mediterranean with our Cook and Cork Mediterranean Cuisine Class! Led by Chef Hannahe, you'll unravel the secrets of crafting the perfect Gyro Bowls, Tzatziki, Mint Rice, and Pistachio Baklava—a culinary adventure that promises to transport your taste buds to the shores of Greece and beyond. Join us on Thursday, Feb 29th at 6:00PM to cook succulent Dinner along Chef Hannahe. You’ll be making: Gyro bowls Tzatziki Mint Rice Pistachio Baklava Cap off your Mediterranean feast with Baklava—the jewel of Middle Eastern desserts. ChefH will guide you through the delicate art of layering phyllo pastry, nuts, and a sweet syrup to create this iconic treat. The result is a golden, nut-studded delicacy that promises to satisfy your sweet tooth and leave a lasting impression. & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. It's going to be incredible! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
