Cook & Cork | Mexican Dinner Welcome to "Cook & Cork | Mexican Dinner" cooking class, where we embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant and flavorsome world of Mexican cuisine. In this class, we'll explore traditional Mexican ingredients and techniques while mastering the art of creating a delectable Mexican dinner. Throughout the class, our experienced chef will guide you through each step, from ingredient selection to plating techniques, ensuring that you gain confidence in recreating these Mexican delights in your own kitchen. Sat, April 13th at 6:00pm Menu Cured Cactus Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette & Grass Hoppers Mushroom Carnitas Taco with Salsa Macha. Steak with Green Onions, Asparagus on a Chorizo cream. *Guava Cheesecake *Dessert will be already made Don't forget to bring your own bottle so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
