Cook & Cork | Mexican Fiesta Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with an unforgettable night of cooking, sipping, and culture at our Mexican Fiesta edition of Cook & Cork. This hands-on class blends traditional Mexican flavors with elevated culinary techniques in a fun, social setting. Whether you're a seasoned cook or just love good food and drinks, this experience will ignite your palate and your spirit. Grab your apron, raise a glass, and let the fiesta begin! 🇲🇽 Menu: Mezcal Hibiscus Cantarito Handmade Blue Corn Tortillas Airline Chicken, Salsa Macha & Cauliflower Velouté Mezcal-Infused Pan de Elote (Sweet Corn Cake) Don't forget to bring your own bottle so you can drink & cook! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
