Join us this Sat, Feb 24th at 6:00 pm Menu: Jambalaya Shrimp Gumbo Beignets First on the menu is the quintessential Jambalaya—a hearty, one-pot wonder that captures the essence of Louisiana. Chef will unveil the secrets behind creating a perfectly balanced dish, where the smoky Andouille sausage, tender chicken, and succulent shrimp harmonize with a medley of aromatic spices and Cajun seasonings. Next, immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of flavors with Shrimp Gumbo. Chef H will teach you the intricacies of building layers of taste in this comforting stew. From the holy trinity of Cajun cuisine to the velvety roux, every step is a dance of flavors that will transport you straight to the vibrant streets of the French Quart. Of course, no Cook and Cork experience is complete without the perfect wine pairings. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with previous notice - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
