Cook & Cork | Paella Night An immersive culinary experience that transports you straight to the vibrant streets of Valencia! In this exciting cooking class, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey to master the art of crafting the perfect paella, all while sipping on exquisite wines carefully curated to complement the rich flavors of this iconic Spanish dish. But it's not just about the cooking; it's about the experience. Cook & Cork is designed to be a social and interactive event, where you can connect with fellow food enthusiasts, share stories, and indulge in the joy of creating a delicious meal together. The atmosphere is lively, the aromas are enticing, and the laughter is contagious – making this class not only educational but also a delightful celebration of good food and company. Menu: Patatas Bravas Paella Tarta de Santiago Don't forget to bring your own bottle so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
