Cook & Cork | Peruvian Cuisine Where we delve into the vibrant and diverse world of Peruvian cuisine. In this immersive experience, participants will master the art of preparing three iconic Peruvian dishes, each bursting with flavors that showcase the country's rich culinary heritage. MENU: Peruvian Ceviche Flat Iron Steak Chocolate Quinoa Pudding & because there is always time to have a drink, BYOB (bring your own bottle or beer) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with previous notice - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
