In this hands-on cooking experience, you'll prepare a refined three-course menu inspired by classic Italian ingredients and modern flair. Perfect for date nights, food lovers, or anyone who wants to savor the flavors of Italia, one course at a time. Bring your appetite and your favorite bottle of wine—we’ll handle the rest. Menu: Prosciutto Melon Skewers Tagliatelle alla Vodka with Salmon Affogato - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
