Cook & Cork | Spanish Brunch Start your day the Spanish way with our 'Spanish Brunch' cooking class! Discover the secrets to making crispy Patatas Bravas, a classic Tortilla Española, and sweet Torrejas. Join us for a delicious morning full of authentic Spanish flavors and culinary fun! Menu: Patatas Bravas Tortilla Española Torrejas - Brunch is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). -11am - 1pm - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $75 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 12 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
