Cook & Cork | Sushi Night Welcome to "Cook & Cork | Sushi Night" – an immersive culinary journey where the art of sushi-making meets the elegance of wine pairing. In this exclusive cooking class, you'll delve into the intricate world of Japanese cuisine, mastering the art of crafting delectable sushi creations, indulging in the delightful flavors of homemade dumplings, and savoring the unique sweetness of matcha blondies. Join us and meet our new Chef Linda! Menu: Dumplings Sushi Matcha Blondies We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
