Cook&Cork | French Cuisine Welcome to an exquisite culinary voyage through the heart of French cuisine, led by our esteemed chef who is passionate about sharing the art and flavors of France with you. Prepare to be transported to the charming bistros of Paris as you embark on a culinary adventure that celebrates the rich traditions and timeless elegance of French cooking. Our class begins with the delicate and savory Goat Cheese and Walnut Rosemary Tarts, a delightful appetizer that perfectly balances creamy goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, and fragrant rosemary in a buttery pastry shell. Under the expert guidance of our chef, you'll learn the secrets behind creating these elegant tarts, mastering the art of pastry and the delicate balance of flavors that define French cuisine. Join us this upcoming Thursday, April 18th at 6:00 pm Throughout the class, our chef will share their expertise, tips, and tricks, ensuring that you not only learn the techniques behind each dish but also gain a deeper appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of France. Join us for an unforgettable experience that celebrates the beauty, flavor, and soul of French cooking. Bon appétit! Don't forget to bring your own bottle so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
