COOK & CORK | Vampire Bloody Dinner Although vampires had by the 20th century largely become creatures of fantasy, urban myths about vampires continued to persist. We are calling Vampires to join us to a Bloody Dinner hosted by Chef Hannahe Menu: Moroccan Roasted Beets with Pomegranate Vampire Black Garlic Steak with Red Wine Reduction & for dessert Red Velvet Lava cakes with Chocolate Ganache. Don't forget to bring your own bottle of Red Wine so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
