HEALING HEARTS: A CAREGIVER WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
Caregivers spend so much of their time caring for others—this experience is an opportunity to pause, recharge and receive care themselves.
Join Hearts to Be Healed Foundation, AARP El Paso and Texas Culinary Institute for a free morning dedicated to caregiver wellness, relaxation and connection. Guests will enjoy a gentle yoga class, a calming sound bath, a hands-on nourishing bowl activity and a guided journaling session designed to encourage reflection and emotional well-being.
No previous experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to take part at their own comfort level and enjoy a welcoming, supportive environment alongside other members of the caregiving community.
