About the event
International Culinary Festival Vol. 1: France × Spain is a student-led culinary experience showcasing the progress and skills of students in Texas Culinary Institute’s Professional Culinary Arts Program. Throughout the event, students will work in teams to prepare and serve a curated selection of savory and sweet bites inspired by the cuisines of France and Spain, putting into practice the techniques, flavors, and traditions they have studied in the classroom and kitchen. Guests are invited to explore both cuisines while supporting our students as they continue developing their skills as culinary professionals.
