Cook & Cork | Eatalian Feast Welcome to Cook & Cork | Eatalian Feast, where we invite you on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Italy! Join us for an immersive cooking class designed to tantalize your taste buds and ignite your passion for Italian cuisine. In this indulgent experience, you'll learn the art of crafting authentic Italian dishes, guided by our expert chefs who are as passionate about food as they are about sharing their knowledge with you. From traditional techniques to modern twists, we'll explore the essence of Italian cooking together. Menu: Pepata Di Cozze Fried Artichokes Risotto Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
