Service Description

Cook&Cork | Handmade Lasagna Food is one of the sincerest expressions of a culture. It defines a region, reflecting the people, economy, their history and tradition. Join us this Friday, June 9th, With Chef Luisa del Castillo It's going to be delicious! What would you be cooking? Menu: Spring Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette Pomodoro Lasagna topped with Bechamel Sauce Apple Galette Tart in Phyllo Dough BYOB - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
