COOK&CORK | Julia Child Night Julia Child revolutionized American cuisine through her French cooking school, award-winning cookbooks, and world-renowned television programs by presenting an approachable version of sophisticated French cooking to her eager audience for four decades. Host of numerous shows, including Cooking With Master Chefs, Baking With Julia, In Julia's Kitchen With Master Chefs, and Cooking in Concert, toques off to Julia Child without whom American cuisine might still mean gray beef and mushy boiled onions. TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE brings to you a Julia Child Cooking Experience along Chef Hannahe Romero. Let the Spirit of Julia Child Guide You through this class What would you be cooking? | Creamy Mashed Potatoes & Verticorts | | Beef Bourguignon | & for dessert... Crepes BAR & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. Let´s make this fancy dinner together at TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol - $95 per person tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
