Cook & Cork | Portuguese Cuisine Dive into the rich flavors of Portugal with our Portuguese Cuisine cooking class! Learn to make the iconic Francesinha sandwich, hearty and comforting Arroz Caldoso (soupy rice), and finish with the classic sweet treat, Pastel de Nata. Experience the tastes of Portugal in every bite—reserve your spot today! 🇵🇹🍞🍚🥧 Menu: Francesinha Arroz Caldoso Pastel de Nata & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
