Cook & Cork | Summer Grill Celebrate the season with an evening dedicated to vibrant flavors and smoky perfection. In this hands-on cooking class, we’re firing up the grill and embracing the laid-back elegance of summer dining—where every bite bursts with sunshine, and every dish is made to be savored. Bring your favorite wine, breathe in the summer air, and let’s make this a night to remember—one plate at a time. Menu: Watermelon and Feta Salad Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops with Couscous Salad Peach Galette We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $98 per person. -We encourage our guests to bring a to-go container for their visit! This way, you can take home any delicious leftovers and help us care for the environment. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
