Wellness Wed| Wine Down Wednesday Welcome to Cook&Cork's Wine Down Wednesday cooking class, where we marry the art of culinary creation with the joy of wine appreciation. Join us for an evening of exquisite flavors and fine wines that will tantalize your taste buds and elevate your cooking skills. Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary delights, wine appreciation, and good company. Cheers to a night filled with great food, great wine, and even greater memories! Menu: Roasted Roma Tomato Bruschetta Creamy Pesto Chicken Fettucine Strawberries, Crème, Infused Pistachios & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. Let´s make this authentic dinner together at TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol - $95 per person tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
