Cook & Cork | El Paso Gastronomy Welcome to "Cook & Cork | El Paso Gastronomy" – a culinary adventure that celebrates the vibrant flavors and rich heritage of El Paso's gastronomic traditions. In this immersive cooking class, we invite you to embark on a journey through the diverse and dynamic cuisine of the region, guided by our expert chef Diego Whether you're a seasoned chef or a culinary enthusiast looking to expand your repertoire, this class offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich culinary heritage of our border town, one delicious dish at a time. Join us for an evening of flavor, flair, and festive fun – and experience the true taste of El Paso. Menu: Kentucky Margarita Taquitos de Papa, Queso & Chile de Arbol Ribeye Steak, Rajas Cremosas con Champiñones Tres Leches Join us! - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
